Community Overview
The private community of Bull Point is the home of deer, osprey, herons, turkeys, and many other species of wildlife. With massive live oak trees, salt-water marshes, and an even year-round temperate climate, Bull Point serves as a destination for many species of migrating birds. Bull Point has set aside nine parks to conserve and safeguard all of its natural resources and for the enjoyment of the homeowners. These natural resources include Lake Bellenger, a 13-acre fresh water lake, which serves as a bird sanctuary and also a place where home owners can fish, canoe and kayak. Bull Point is dedicated to making certain that its rich natural legacy is passed on to the generations that follow.
